Privacy policy

Last updated 10 October 2026. This policy explains what personal data we collect through nexivaservices.com and how we use it.

01

Who we are

Nexiva Services Private Limited ("Nexiva Services", "we", "us") is a company registered in India with its office at 288, Kalappurakkal Complex, Post Office Road, Mala, Mukundapuram, Kerala 680732, India. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

02

What we collect

Information you give us: when you use our contact form, book a call or email us, we receive your name, email address, company, budget range, the services you are interested in and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the website secure and running. We do not use advertising cookies.

03

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to prepare proposals and deliver our services (legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract, and our contract with you).

To keep our website secure, prevent spam and understand aggregate usage (legal basis: our legitimate interests).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

04

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our business — for example, email delivery (Resend), scheduling (Calendly), website hosting and database services (Vercel and Supabase). They process data on our instructions and may be located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

05

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client and project records are kept for as long as needed to deliver our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

06

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email mail@nexivaservices.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
